We can help as much or as little as you need with packing and unpacking services, loading up your moving truck, take you from door to door, or refer cleaning services. We are here to help!

How far in advance should I schedule a move?
We suggest contacting us about 4 weeks in advance and no later than 2 weeks of your desired move date. However, we understand that planning in advance is not always possible, and we do our best to accommodate all our customers.
My move-in date changed. What should I do?
We understand that plans and dates may need to be adjusted, and we will always help you figure out a new moving plan on a different day. Please be aware that some changes may impact the price of your move. We recommend contacting us at least two days in advance of your currently scheduled move.
What can't be moved by our team?
• Medication
• Weapons/Ammunition
• Explosives, Flammables
• Live Plants

Do crews disconnect and reconnect furniture & appliances?
Your crew will gladly disconnect & reconnect any furniture pieces, however, they do not perform the following services:
• Disconnect & reconnect appliances which contain water valves
• Mount & Dismount televisions from walls
• Disassemble any children’s items such as trampolines, cribs or changing tables
What packing options do you offer?
We will personalize your packing experience based on your needs. We can provide you with boxes and bubble wrap for you to do all the packing yourself, or we can pack for you.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cashiers checks and credit card with a 3% service fee.
How much do I tip my movers?
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. If you do decide to tip, please compensate whatever you think is appropriate for the job that was done.
Claims:
Even when proper measures are taken to protect your property, unfortunately sometimes damages occur. Please report your claim to our office as soon as it is observed. We will provide you with the paperwork to file your claim and do our very best to make sure the situation is made right.
